We ship succulent plant boxes within Spain, Europe and UK ONLY.

For non-plant items such as journals, stickers, bags etc, we ship Worldwide.

EU countries we ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Information

Shipment in Spain

We ship to all of Spain.

For orders over €40+ shipping is FREE! For orders under €40 shipping costs from €4.99.

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will typically be delivered within two to four business days in mainland Spain. The shipment of your packages will be handled by either Correos, UPS, or Correos Express. You will receive a tracking code to monitor your package once your order is dispatched.

Shipment in the United Kingdom

We ship to the U.K.

For orders over €60+ shipping is FREE! For orders under €60 shipping costs from €14.50.

Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days. The shipment of your packages will be handled by either Correos, UPS, or Correos Express. You will receive a tracking code to monitor your package once your order is dispatched.

How do you pack the succulents?

Our plants are grown in our own garden and in excellent condition and we package everything with care to ensure that the succulents arrive healthy and happy.



We pack all shipments by hand and we try to use recyclable materials on most of our packaging.

Packages are always shipped 1-2 days after the order is placed, as long as it is a business day. We do not ship on weekends.You can always check the status of your purchase in the link you receive in your order confirmation email.

The plants come in pots, protected with shredded card/paper, and wrapped in recycled cardboard. All are 100% biodegradable. All shipments are labelled as fragile.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.

Additional processing time maybe required during holidays, sales, or promotional periods.

We appreciate your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders.

Therefore the succulents you receive may look slightly different from the pictures in our listings - no two plants are the same! Some soil may also come loose during shipment.

Please open your order as soon as it arrives; succulents need natural light to maintain their beautiful colour and shape! Place your succulents in a sunny window or outside (if not too cold) where they will get 4-6 hours of indirect sunlight daily.

We accept VISA, PAYPAL, MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY.

Custom & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Refunds & Returns

Returns and refunds are unavailable for live succulent plants. For all other products; please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return your item, and please ship it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are only available if an order is cancelled (you can cancel your order up to 12 hours after it is placed), if the order was lost in the post or if your order is returned in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
