SPAIN DELIVERY: Orders must be placed before December 16th the latest for gift boxes to arrive before Christmas. Any orders placed after the16th of December will not arrive before Christmas.

REST OF EU including UK DELIVERY: Orders must be placed before December 9th the latest for gift boxes to arrive before Christmas. Any orders placed after the 9th of December will not arrive before Christmas. 

It usually takes 3-7 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location.

We ship to all of Spain, for orders over +40€ shipping is FREE! Shipping will be calculated automatically in your cart when you fill in your details.

For orders to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands we are not responsible for possible customs fees and taxes, so they will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship to the address indicated on your order, unless otherwise communicated to us. Please make sure you provide us with the correct address. Each item is custom made and shipped within 1-2 business days from your order date.

We also ship internationally. It usually takes around 5-7 days to arrive if you reside in Europe. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you fill your in your information at checkout.

Our plants are grown in our own garden and in excellent condition and we package everything with care to ensure that the succulents arrive healthy and happy.



We pack all shipments by hand and we use recyclable materials on all our packaging.



Packages are always shipped 1-2 days after the order is placed, as long as it is a business day. We do not ship on weekends.You can always check the status of your purchase in the link you receive in your order confirmation email.

The plants come in biodegradable pots, protected with shredded card/paper, and wrapped in recycled cardboard. All are 100% biodegradable. All shipments are labelled as fragile.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.

Additional processing time maybe required during holidays, sales, or promotional periods.

We appreciate your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders.

Please note that colour may vary across screens and measurements are approximate.

Therefore the succulents you receive may look slightly different from the pictures in our listings - no two plants are the same! Some soil may also come loose during shipment.

Please open your order as soon as it arrives; succulents need natural light to maintain their beautiful colour and shape! Place your succulents in a sunny window or outside (if not too cold) where they will get 4-6 hours of indirect sunlight daily. 

We only ship succulents that are good in quality. But we cannot control what happens to your order during transit.

If the succulents arrive damaged due to transit, we will issue a store credit or a refund.

If you have any problems with the product please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours upon receiving your order by sending an email to hola@succulentden.com.

Please provide your order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants.

We do NOT provide returns or exchanges, please purchase carefully.
