Succulent boxes orders are shipped within 1-3 days depending on availability of the plant. We ship orders on Monday to Friday. If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can give you a quote.

We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive to your chosen destination in great condition.

We exclusively ship succulents that are in excellent condition, free from diseases, and of high quality. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues that may occur during transit.

While we regretfully cannot accept returns on plant orders due to the challenges involved in two-way shipping, we are more than happy to provide refunds or replacements in the event that the plants arrive damaged. Click here for more info.
